Art Psychotherapy

Art psychotherapy offers children and young people a way to express themselves through creativity, which can feel less intrusive and more containing than words alone.

This child-led approach supports the development of safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship, enabling complex or “unspeakable” feelings to be explored, understood, and given form. Together, we can then develop strategies to manage internal distress in safe and supportive ways.
