The Internal Compass
Every child has a unique language; the root rooms therapeutic approach is designed to listen to what they aren't saying yet.
It may feel difficult to start to think about these hard moments, which is important to allow us to think together about the concerns and what the therapeutic goals needs to be.

The Root Room Approach
At The Root Room, I recognise that no two children are the same. Rather than applying a single model, we work collaboratively to find the approach that best meets your child’s needs within a safe, nurturing environment.
Together, we explore the meaning behind behaviours and emotions — especially when they feel difficult to understand — creating space for curiosity, compassion, and growth.
