Confidentiality agreement

Clinical sessions are confidential, however there are at times where this does not remain confidential, these are;

-If a client shares they may be at critical risk or harm or are aware of others being at critical risk or harm. 

-If the client wishes to share the information of a session specifically with a named adult/ professional.

-Courts may request clinical notes due to an ongoing case, which is external to the therapy space. The therapist is bound to comply with sharing this information. 

Clinical information/ data is in line with GDPR regulations, BAAT and HCPC guidance.
